The Power View program, BALANCE accounting systems (see the operator’s manual), for the convenience of servicing subscribers offers the filter: for legal entities, individuals or legal entities and individuals together – both displayed and processed.
In this menu, we can choose between “legal entity”, “individual” or both.
If some of the objects or some of the users are not displayed for you, check how this filter is configured.
In order for a user to fall into the category of “legal entities” or “individuals”, you need (if you have access rights) select “Edit data” in the user editing menu:
In the edit menu – see below, in the consumer category J / P, you must select the appropriate category Physical or Juridical.
If P/J is selected, the “legal entities” / “individuals” filter will not apply to this consumer.
When exiting the edit menu, don’t forget to save your settings, select: “Save”
Consumers with the BALANCE gas, water, heat and electricity metering system installed have access to their consumption data both through the DJV-COM website and through mobile applications. Currently, an assessment of your energy efficiency is available not only as a percentage of your consumption to the average in the house, but also an assessment is made of your place among the consumers of your home. This allows you to evaluate your available energy efficiency margin, reduce unnecessary consumption, and eliminate potential energy leaks.
